Credentials include New Mexico Environment Department (NMED) Utility Operator Certification Program (UOCP) certifications in Water Supply Level 4, Wastewater Level 4, Wastewater Laboratory Technician Level 3, Advanced Small Water Systems, and Sampling Technician Level 2. Educational background includes an Associate of Science in Water Technology from New Mexico State University (NMSU) and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Louisiana State University (LSU).

The second managing partner is a highly dual-certified water and wastewater operator, providing additional operational oversight and hands-on field support. Supporting operators hold New Mexico state-level Water and/or Wastewater certifications at Levels 3 and 4, allowing for reliable coverage, flexibility, and capacity to grow.
